The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has removed all fishing regulations at Bays Branch to allow anglers to harvest fish using nearly any means, except explosives, electricity or any stupefying substances. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds boat operators to make sure they turn off their engines when people are in the water near the back of the boat.
