BASS CAPITAL (CENTRAL & NORTH)

Georgetown Marina & Lodge (386) 467-2002  Adam informs us that the catfish are biting really well.  The bluegill and shellcracker are coming in very good supply.  The bass fishing has been good using wild shiners.  The stripers are biting really well out at the croaker hole and they are going after small shiners and grass shrimp.

Trail Boss (386) 467-2319  Bill informs us that the bream and shellcracker are expected to be excellent during the next full moon.  The bass are biting well on wild shiners.  They have had reports of bass being caught up to six pounds.  The catfish are biting well around the mouth of the Ocklawaha River using shiners and worms.  

Georgia Boy Fish Camp (386) 325-7764  Chris tells us that the catfish are biting really well.  The bream are biting on crickets.  They recently had a customer catch five nice bass and 42 bream.  The bass are biting well and going after shiners and artificial.  The bass have moved down to the bottom of the water so start adding weight to your bait.

BASS CAPITAL (SOUTH):

DeLand, Astor and St. Johns River Highland Park Fish Camp (800) 525-3477  James informs us that the bass are biting really well.  They are biting really well in the local rivers and lakes.  In Mouth Creek they are biting on soft water baits and crank baits.  Lake Woodruff they are going after top water plugs in the early morning and the late afternoons.  The bluegill and shellcracker are biting on Lake Woodruff on the east side and south west corner.  They are going after worms on the bottom and crickets.  Warmouth are everywhere; anywhere you look you will find them.
