CENTRAL: Mosquito Lagoon, New Smyrna, Daytona Beach and
Satellite Beach
Satellite Bait & Tackle, Inc. (321) 773-6611 Kevin informs
us that off the surf they are getting tarpon. The snook and
whiting are also biting on the surf. Inside the canals they
are getting trout. The redfish are biting on the flats.
Kelly’s
Bait & Stuff (386) 345-0990 They tell us that the trout are
biting really well in Haulover Canal and in the Lagoon. The
redfish are in the lagoon and doing fairly well. The shrimp
have stopped running. Park Seafood (386) 253-0681 Tammy
says that the whiting have been coming in very good sizes.
They have had a lot of fat flounders come in. They have had
a lot of red snapper brought in. The mullet are coming in
fresh. They have had a lot of fish come in, so that means
there are plenty to eat and to fish with. |
