February 1999 Greater New Orleans When I was last down around Rigolets Tackle & Marina they were catching plenty of Blue Cats. I understand that the specks are also being caught by the boat load.Capt. Eddie of Captain Eddies Fishing Charters and Capt. Pete Chesser of Buccaneer Charters both report that the fishing is great already. Now is the time to book that trip! |
