Fishing continues to be hot here at Lake of the Woods. Anglers are having huge success, both numbers and size, in anywhere from 12-32 feet of water. Anchored and jigging or drifting, depending on the wind, is showing great results using either crawlers or frozen shiners. Morris Point Gap, Zippel Bay, and the Lighthouse Gap are still the hot spots. Anglers that venture farther north are being rewarded with great numbers of fish by Garden Island and Little Oak Island. The weather looks great for the next week, so pack up the family and head to the lake!
