Viper's hulls, as well as
the entire boats are constructed with hand -layered and rolled high-tech fiberglass cloth
soaked with AME® 5000 - the resin responsible for making the boat so
incredibly tough and durable. This combination of superior materials and painstaking
craftsmanship builds the finest boat available.
All
boat molds are hand-waxed to a mirror finish before the fiberglass is laid. Every boat is
hand-sanded and buffed for a full eight hours to achieve the industry's deepest, most
durable fisnish. The AME® 5000 resin pays extra dividends here too with
a finish that remains showroom shiny for years to come. |
